WHY DO I COACH?
Because I know first-hand the value of having a safe place for honest conversations. I believe that everyone is born with their own unique gifts and expression in life and one of mine is connecting with people, helping them explore and experience their authentic, confident self.
I provide a non-judgmental, robust safe space for real talk and loving challenge. This process in turn brings radical freedom and transformation from anxiety, burnout, relationship problems, grief, overwhelm, unhelpful habits and any area of stuckness.
We go on a journey to freedom from all that may be limiting you… thoughts, behaviour, beliefs, patterns, to a place of more clarity, confidence, peace and trust in life and in your decision making. You will feel a new optimism about the future… seeing new opportunities where you once thought there wasn’t any.
I have a strong, no-nonsense, yet empathic coaching style that draws on my intuition and decades of my own extensive life experiences and training. This has equipped me with a wealth of insight into what it means to help people discover their authentic and confident self, no matter how hopeless it may feel.
No challenge you are facing is off limits to talk about. My training and life experience is broad…

There has never been a better time to gain emotional equilibrium. It is possible to thrive emotionally and have peace of mind despite our challenging circumstances.
experience and qualifications
I worked as a corporate Personal Assistant for the first half of my life. After marrying, I worked as a Director of our family run property development company, in addition to setting up my own business as an HMO landlord.
I retrained during this time as a counsellor and had a private practise for many years, focusing on facilitating emotional resilience and wellbeing, particularly with those in leadership.
Over the past 25 years, I have trained with leading edge teachers in personal transformation, including, meditation, mindfulness, wholefood cooking, physical wellbeing, with ongoing training in all areas of emotional intelligence and mental health, not only for my clients but for my own continuing growth.
One of my most rewarding times was the period of 10 years where I worked in prisons, with various charities, helping to run restorative justice programs and other wellbeing courses.
This gave me great insight into the power of valuing another human being and how transformative that can be when you can see past someone’s unhelpful actions, to who they truly are.
I also helped set up and lead Street Angels, supporting people who find themselves on the streets.
I went on to help and head up an organisation which ran five day retreats for leaders to take time out to decompress and re-evaluate what’s important.
I have spoken at various venues, sharing my own story of transformation, and have recently added to my training by qualifying as a Transformation Life Coach with Animas, one of UKs leading coaching organisations, accredited by both the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching.
